ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Radhika Goel
Psychotherapist | MA, PACFA (she, her)
A lot of the people I work with are teenagers, young adults, or families trying to manage stress, big feelings, or changes in life. You might be figuring out who you are, juggling family expectations, or wanting support around neurodiversity. Sometimes it’s about coping with tough situations, and other times it’s about wanting to feel more confident and settled. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t need to explain or defend yourself — you can just be you.
