At Third Harmony Therapy Services, we aim to provide transparent and accessible
care. Fees vary depending on clinician type and service. Our team is happy to help you
understand funding options, rebates, and referrals.

PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES

Clinical Psychologist
$260 per 50-minute session

General Psychologist
$225 per 50-minute session
Eligible clients may access Medicare rebates with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Current approximate Medicare rebates:
– Clinical Psychologist – $145.25
– General Psychologist – $98.95
This means the typical out-of-pocket gap is approximately $95–$160 per session,
depending on clinician type.

COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

Counsellor / Psychotherapist
$130–$150 per session (depending on clinician experience)
These services are privately billed and not Medicare rebatable. Some private health
rebates may apply.

Occupational Therapy
$195–$225 per hour
NDIS-funded sessions are generally billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide.

Speech Therapy
Speech Pathology sessions
$180–$210 per hour

PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

Psychiatric fees vary depending on appointment type (initial assessment, review, or
ongoing care). Medicare rebates may apply with a GP referral. Please contact us for
current pricing.

PSYCHOLOGICAL & ALLIED HEALTH ASSESSMENTS

Assessment fees vary depending on scope and duration (e.g. ADHD, autism, cognitive
or functional capacity assessments).
Total costs typically range from $500 to $2,000+, depending on complexity.

REBATES & REFERRALS

Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a GP Mental Health Treatment
Plan. Telehealth sessions are also rebateable when clinically appropriate.

Private Health Insurance
Some private health funds offer rebates for counselling, psychology, occupational
therapy, and speech therapy. Rebates depend on your level of cover. We recommend
contacting your health fund directly.

NDIS
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across psychology,
occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Services are billed in line with NDIS pricing
guidelines where applicable. We work collaboratively with participants, families, and
support coordinators.

WorkCover
We provide psychological services for approved WorkCover claims. A valid claim
number and insurer approval are required prior to commencing treatment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP sessions are funded by employers and provided at no cost to employees. These
services are confidential and support workplace wellbeing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that changes can happen. We kindly ask that you provide the minimum
notice period outlined below for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the relevant cancellation fee listed
above. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to offer appointments to
others who may be waiting for care.
